I received this Dvd on time via Amazon Prime. I am not pregnant but had a baby about a year ago via a C Section. I feel like my body needs to slowly work up to a proper yoga workout. This dvd is for pre and post natal women. My husband suffers from a very bad back, so this is a nice and gentle workout for him too. It was created by Cheryl MacDonald who is the founder and principal yoga teacher at YogaBellies. The Dvd is suited to women in the second and third trimester of pregnancy. You can choose to practice one or two sections of the dvd or complete the practice as a whole. The chapters are as follows: Introduction to YogaBellies and cautions Warm ups Surya namaskar for pregnancy Standing postures All fours Seated postures YogaBellies for pregnancy guided relaxation I think that the dvd is for anyone who wants to slowly get into yoga. It is nice and gentle and easy on your muscles and joints. I wish I had this dvd during and after my pregnancy and maybe I would have been a lot fitter. I will be using it once a week to ease my way back into exercise. I will definitely be recommending this Dvd to my friends and family. It is so simple and easy to use. I think once you get to grips with the poses in this dvd you can enhance them into more difficult poses. I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion and review.
