I received these bands on time via Amazon Prime. They came in the usual Amazon cardboard box and then in a little cute carry pouch. The pouch is velvet and has a drawstring to it so the bands are easy to access and to put away tidily. One thing I have found with other bands is that you struggle to keep them tidy and all in one place but this little handy bag does all that for you. The bands come in 4 strengths light, medium, heavy and extra heavy. You can tell that they are very good quality just by touching them. They are nice and thick and won't go out of shape under the pressure. My husband uses bands every day due to a back injury and the ones he has had in the past smell horrible and tend to warp after a few stretches. He has only used these 3 or 4 times but you can tell that they are really good quality and they won't change shape, they return back to their normal size after every use. Sometimes some bands have a slight talcum powder effect to them, but these don't they are nice and smooth and don't pinch the skin whilst using them. I will update my review in a months time to let you know how we are getting on with them but at the moment but husband really likes them. They come with an exercise sheet with resistant exercises which we have not used as my husband uses exercises from his physio. But it is handy because it shows how to use them correctly.
