I received this the day after buying it via Amazon Prime. To be able to get that irresistibly good, crisp, and well-cooked pizza bottom, you first need to have some means of popping that pizza into the Mighty Pizza Oven blazing-hot pizza stone. This is when the pizza peel comes into the picture. I used this the day we received it because my family was so excited to use it, we bought it in conjunction with the same company's pizza stone. We cheated and bought a ready made pizza which we popped on to the pizza peel and then into the oven. It was so easy, the pizza did not stick at all. Wood is the best material to prevent sticking of raw pizza dough to the peel itself. This is essential if you don’t want to disturb your carefully assembled pizza toppings. Your beloved toppings on the floor of your pizza oven or grill – not fun. In addition, wooden pizza peel provides rustic appeal. Make sure to air-dry it first after washing before storing. Do not soak the pizza peel, just rinse it off with a damp cloth. I have added some pictures with a sky remote control just so that you can see how big it is. I don't think we thought it would be that big when we ordered it, but love it all the same. They recommend that you don't cut the pizza on the pizza peel. I think it will be a great addition to nay party that we have, and I will be using it to serve pizza off too. I will be recommending this to my friends and family. I received this product in exchange for my honest opinion and review.
