I received this product on time and it comes in a lovely box, looks like a hard glasses case when you take it out of the box. Inside are two tubes one gel and one fibre tube. As previous reviewers have mentioned there are no instructions so I tried both ways. Once with the fibres first then the serum first. Use the gel first then add the fibres. Do this process as many times as you wish and you get lovely natural looking lashes! It really does work. Have a look at my pictures that was just with one coat of each. I'm sure my lashes would have been huge with a few coats. The fibres do fall on to your face when applying but wipe them off with a blusher brush. It is easy enough to remove with some cleanser. ***my summary*** Great looking long natural lashes. Works amazingly. Will definitely be keeping this one in my handbag all the time. The fibres do fall on to your face, just wipe them off.
