This product is a good idea and the blocks are great but as soon as we opened it and took it. Out of the box the wheels came off. Not a big deal for me, just had to take the sticks away from my daughter but can see it being a problem if bought as a gift. The wheels can be stuck on again with some glue, I think the glue that was in place had dried up so they fell off. The wooden frame on the top is a bit flimsy and has sharp edges so I hid that from my daughter too. I think the correct age for this product is probably 2 and a half plus. My daughter is only 16 months so is still learning about sharp edges and some things can hurt. Apart from those issues the blocks are colourful and can be stacked. They are made well and my daughter sits and plays with it for hours.
