This item came the day after ordering it via Amazon Prime. The packaging was simple and easy to open, no scissors needed. It is very easy to use. Pop it into your USB socket on your computer. It took an hour to completely charge the first time. Once you have done your make up and put mascara on, switch the curlers on they take about 5 seconds to warm up. Brush the the curler against your eye lashes like a mascara. My eye lashes became so curly and long it works great!! It's so convenient and small you can carry it around in your purse. It's handy if you are going out after work and need a bit of a lift!!
