I received this item the day after ordering it via Amazon Prime, it came in a cardboard box with a security seal around the lid. The serum itself comes in a clear glass bottle with a pipette. You only need a couple of drops and this is enough to cover the whole of your face. I use it after I have applied toner and then apply my face cream and make up. It only takes seconds to dry and there is no greasy residue or nasty smell. ArtNaturals claims it is: A powerful, yet gentle exfoliation, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antimicrobial treatment. Rids of bacteria, blackheads, oils, and inflammation. Infused with organic ingredients, such as Lemongrass and Manuka oil. 100% all natural ingredients. 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. All of these statements are true! I haven't tried the money back one, but I don't need to. After two weeks of using this my pores are completely closed and the spots I had have all gone. As soon as a spot starts to come through I apply to serum and after a few hours you can tell it has already started to go away again. I haven't had any breakouts since using this serum, and think that anyone with adult acne should give this serum a go!!
