These knives are so sharp and so easy to use! They are comfortable in your hand and light weight. They took quite a while to arrive but came within the specified time. I emailed the seller and they responded so quickly and tracked the item down within minutes. Great customer service! Anyway back to the knives, they were packaged really securely as you can see in my pictures. On opening the stand is on its own and each knife is individually wrapped. They each have a plastic sheath over them to stop any unwanted injuries, you have to take the sheath off if you want to use the stand. The knives have different coloured handles which is great if you want to you separate ones for fruit veg and meat. I'm a vegetarian so it doesn't matter that much to me, but can see it being very helpful if I did need to cut meat. The knives for securely in the stand and look quite colourful, it does also come with a vegetable peeler. I will not be using the stand that often as I have a young daughter who sits on my work tops so at the moment the knives will stay in my drawer with the sheaths on. So the first item I tried to cut was a jacket potato, raw. Usually I get the potato slipping around on my chopping board but this knife sliced right through it with no hesitation. My days of struggling with large potatoes is over! Cutting anything is an absolute dream, even a butternut squash was cut within minutes. The knives are so sharp and so strong they cut through anything like I knife in butter!
