This mat came within the specified time frame in the usual Amazon packaging. It comes in its own cardboard box which is extremely thin so easily recyclable. The mat is quite heavy as it is made of metal this shows the quality of the product and that it is well made. On one side is a grey foam padding which goes against your table. Due to the padding the table won't get scratched. The other side had a leather top to it which is so easy to glide your mouse against. It has a metal section with a curved side to put your pen on so it won't roll on to the floor which is quite handy, I'm always misplacing my pens. It looks really expensive, and I have it in the rose gold which matches my brown and cream furnishings. It is a lovely mouse mat and really compliments my work space at home. Love it, the pictures really don't do it justice!
