Hand Exerciser Therapy Balls

These balls came the day after ordering them on Amazon Prime in the usual small cardboard box. They come individually boxed up and wrapped in cellophane bags. There are three strengths, the yellow is the softest, then the red then the blue. They are small enough to fit in your hand and are textured so you can grip on to them. They are easily washable as if you drop them on the floor the nature of the material of them picks up all the dust and fluff from your carpet. They can be used as stress relievers and are quite enjoyable to squash. I would recommend them especially if you have a hand or wrist injury which needs some exercise. They are more fun than the usual strength items you have and the colours are nice. My daughter loves messing around with them. My husband uses the blue one for trigger point therapy and massaging his back against the wall. They are strong and durable and will last a long time.
