This item came very quickly via a courier so I was alerted when it would be delivered and also the hour time slot which I could change if I wanted to. The stand came in a cardboard box well packaged and the stand was well protected from knocks and bumps. So the assembled part! It comes with very clear instructions and the parts are all separate so very easy to get to and put together. So I had a 2 year old running around my feet whilst assembling this and it took me about 15 minutes to do on my own. If she wasn't here then it would have been a lot quicker. You simply slot the arms together with some screws and then fix it altogether with the middle parts and hey presto its done. The arms of the stand are very strong and are made out of metal. The hanging pieces are plastic but you wouldn't be able to tell unless you touch them. It is a high quality product and I have been missing a coat stand in my porch for a long time. It holds 12 coats on all the pegs but you can double up as there is so much space for them. One thing I would say which would make the product better would be, in the middle of the stand if you could make it hollow then it could also be an umbrella stand, but that's just a suggestion. The product is fantastic on its own and I'm so happy with it. It is very sturdy and strong, and looks like it is built to last. Very very happy!!
