These hooks came without the designated delivery time. What was really nice is that they came with a little pack of haribo Bears to say thank you for the purchase which were well received!! The hooks are in a plastic casing and there are two in the pack. They easily open up and attach with a Velcro strap to the pushchairs handles. The seller did email to apologise that there were no instructions in the pack, and explained how to attach them but they are so simple to attach that I didn't need the instructions but was really good customer service! You simply unfold the Velcro all the way out put the hooks on the bar and tighten the Velcro back up again. Each hook has two prongs on it, so you have 4 hooks although that you can put bags on. They are extremely sturdy and hold quite heavy bags, I put one on each side of the pram so it is evenly weighed otherwise my pram tips over. But that is the case with all pushchairs. I would recommend them as my pushchair has such little shopping space so they come in handy a lot.
