I received this waist trainer the day after ordering it. It arrived in a clear plastic bag which was neatly presented. I ordered the skin colour one and was surprised at how pretty the lace work on it is. The waist trainer fits perfectly and has hooks all down the front. It looks great on, and due to the Lacey pattern it feels really pretty and sexy on. It isn't uncomfortable at all and does not dig in to my skin at all. It doesn't make you feel hot, and the material is breathable. I wear it to work and it really helps me focus on my posture, which in turn has relieved my back pain. It also helps you focus on what you eat and it is tight, so helps with my portion control. It fits well under my clothes and I am so happy that I purchased it.
