This watch came the day after ordering it via Amazon prime in the usual cardboard box. I was so excited to use this watch as I have started a job in the hospital and do endless amounts of walking so wanted to know how many steps/calories and the distance I have walked. It comes in a nice blue box which has details of the watch on the outside. So it tells you it has a step counter, distance, calories, sleep tracker, sedentary, alarm, etc Inside the box you get the charging dock, watch, manual and thank you card. The watch came with little charge but it is advised to charge the watch fully before wearing and using it. To charge the watch place the clip on to the watch so the plastic grips sit around the face of the watch and the three metal pins sit in the metals docks at the back of the watch. The watch will light up when charging then go off. After it is charged, download the appropriate App for your phone. I downloaded the iOS app which dos not take long to install. Set up your profile on your phone and once your Bluetooth is on and the watch is on it will sync to your phone and app. This is also how you set the phone and date as it syncs all the data. On the iOS you can sync it to your health app too which is an added bonus. The watch itself is made of a silicone rubber material, and is quite thick. It is a bit fiddly to close the watch, you have to make sure the pins go all the way into the strap holes otherwise it will fall off. The screen itself is quite small so maybe not the best for people with eyesight problems. The watch does not stay on constantly like with other makes. It comes on and off(quite quickly) when moving. You can put it on by pressing the button on the side of the watch. This is the button also takes you through the different screens on the watch.eg steps, calories, distance. The app has many features to it and you can personalise it by putting different things on it. The watch can vibrate when u receive calls etc, or when you leave your phone somewhere, but again you can choose to have these features on and off. I have had the watch for a few days and have only charged it once so far. I wear it all day so it is always on. The step counting seems as accurate as you are going to get. None of these products can provide you with an exact count, but I give or take 500 with any product. Great product! The pros outweigh the cons. Closing it is a bit fiddly and would have liked a bigger screen but it does the job well and I do like it.
