This pillow arrived the day after ordering it via Amazon Prime. This cushion is absolutely fantastic if you have lower back problems. It is a "H" shape and is higher at the back than the front. It is an extremely thick padded cushion and spreads the pressure from your lower back and reduces it completely. I don't understand how it works exactly but it really does. I take it to work and sit at my desk all day, it really helps me and I can tell the difference when I don't sit on it. It have a velvety feel to it and the cover can be removed and washed. The back of it has a strap that you can attach to chairs if you want to. I would recommend it to anyone who gets uncomfortable on a work chair or anyone with back, disc or lumbar issues. This is best chair cushion I have used in a while.
