This pillow came the day after ordering it via Amazon Prime. It was rolled up in a plastic tube shaped bag. When it arrived I was a bit taken aback as it was really squashes together. It took about an hour or so for it to regain its shape, which it eventually did. I was worried at first thinking it just looks really lumpy, but rest assured that it does. It is extremely soft and it is quite thin. It is absolutely fantastic for my daughter as she is nearly two and cannot use thick pillows in her crib, but this pillow only needs the lightest of touch and moulds straight away. It does take a while to go back to its normal shape after lying on it. The cover is hypoallergenic so great for getting rid of dust mites and allergens. I have given this pillow to my daughter just because of its thickness and the way it moulds, it's perfect for her. For me on the other hand I wasn't too impressed, there just doesn't seem to be enough support in it for me. On the other hand, if using it for your back, legs etc it would be great, as it moulds straight away at the slightest of touch, I think it would have been great for me when I was pregnant as it could have been placed under my bump and wouldn't have been too big. Has its pros and cons for me a bit too soft, but otherwise my daughter sleeps extremely well on t as you can see in the pictures.
