Great set of scissors for the kitchen. I am constantly using my office scissors to cut my herbs in the kitchen and they have started to rust so was happy when I found these. Good for the price and so easy to use a numerous things. I have used them for fresh coriander, cheese, cucumber and salad. It slices cheese perfectly and you can choose how thick or thin you want the slice. So easy to use and they are rust free too. Really lightweight and not difficult to slice through anything. They have a safety catch which is good if you have little ones roaming around the place like I do. These have become an essential tool in my kitchen.
