This watch has been great for me, it has synced with my phone perfectly. It comes in a neat box and is so easy to charge. Simply download the app and turn your Bluetooth on, the app automatically syncs the watch and your details come up on the app. The only thing for me was that it makes my wrist a bit sweaty, but o don't know if that's because I do a lot of activities. It has the time, steps, calories, distance travelled and heart rate It simple and easy to use and the app is user friendly I would recommend and it's great to make sure you are hitting your 10000 steps a day
